A program of just two piano quartets may be more than a musical appetizer, but it isn't quite a full meal, either. It provided a satisfying evening Friday, though, prefaced as it was by the hour of wine and hors d'oeuvres that routinely are offered before the S&R Foundation concerts at Georgetown's elegant Evermay Estate.
