Wednesday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas Equipment & Services, Department Stores

In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas equipment & services shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 4.4%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Atwood Oceanics (ATW), down about 10.8% and shares of Newpark Resources (NR) off about 5.5% on the day.
