Apple has apologised to a group of teenagers who accused an employee of making racist comments at an Australian Apple Store. The apology comes three days after the incident at the Highpoint Shopping Centre in the suburb of Maribyrnong, Melbourne. Six teenagers — who were born in Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, Eritrea and Egypt and moved to Australia as children — were asked to leave the Apple Store on Tuesday as an employee was concerned they were about to shoplift.
