In trading on Wednesday, the PowerShares Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Portfolio ETF (PJP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.8% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Akorn (AKRX), up about 5.7% and shares of Ligand Pharmaceuticals (LGND), up about 4% on the day.
