Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PXE

The PowerShares Dynamic Energy Exploration & Production Portfolio ETF (PXE) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 208,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 29,000.  Shares of PXE were up about 3.3% on the day.
