Tuesday Sector Laggards: Metals & Mining, Railroads

In trading on Tuesday, metals & mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.8%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Foresight Energy LP (FELP), down about 30.7% and shares of Rio Tinto (RIO) off about 8.2% on the day.
