It might be the season to be jolly, but you won't hear all the merchants in Georgetown breaking into a hearty "fa-la-la-la-la." Some are complaining that the neighborhood's holiday decorations -- paid for by a tax on area businesses -- are looking pretty Grinch-y this year.
