Gold Down, Silver Hits 6-Year Low, as Nymex Crude Drops Below $35.00

Gold prices ended the U.S. day session lower Monday, as crude oil dropped to a nearly seven-year low below $35.00 a barrel in early trading, before rebounding. Silver prices dropped to a six-year low.
