Cliffs Exits Coal Mining Business As Part Of Larger U.S. Iron Ore Focused Strategy Cliffs has sold off the Pinnacle Mine in West Virginia and the Oak Grove Mine in Alabama to Seneca Coal Resources for $268 million.
