'Finally, we're all validated': Bill Cosby's alleged victims react to his arraignment

It's one case with one victim, but to the numerous women who have accused Bill Cosby of drugging and/or sexually assaulting them, the announcement that Cosby had been criminally charged with felony aggravated indecent assault Wednesday spelled relief and, on some level, vindication.
