Neighbors was one of those comedies that you don't really expect to see a sequel to. It was a funny premise and it was a good movie to be sure, but even in Hollywood's ongoing efforts to make everything a franchise, you wonder why that one got tapped, other than the obvious "it made a boatload of cash" reasons.
