Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PPA

The PowerShares Aerospace & Defense Portfolio ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 394,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 86,000. Shares of PPA were off about 1.1% on the day.
