NASA's Planetary Defense Coordination Office Will Protect Earth from Asteroids

NASA has announced that they are formalizing the Planetary Defense Coordination Office (or PDCO), an initiative tasked with detecting and keeping tabs on Near-Earth Objects (or NEOs).
