Despite able performances, 'Agents of Azeroth' needs a reboot

In "Agents of Azeroth," the latest Washington Rogues production, a teenage computer genius named Lucy responds to a setback by denouncing data mining and the shadowy doings of the surveillance state. Her angry, jargon-peppered spiel brims with a gloom that's at odds with her ebullient violet coiffure.
