Dominion Gets A Great Deal But Questar's Board Should Have Gotten More

Dominion Resources' all-cash bid to buy Questar Corporation for $25/share--a 22% premium over Friday's closing price--was the highlight of today's unusually quiet Merger Monday. M&A bankers may have been spooked by a tough January in the markets, but I believe Dominion is getting a great deal.
