Hard drive manufacturer Western Digital reported its fiscal second quarter 2016 earnings on January 28, reporting a nearly 15% year-over-year decline in net revenues to $3.362 billion. The company reported a similar revenue decline in the fiscal first quarter as well. The total hard drives shipped by Western Digital through the quarter were about 19% lower than the previous year period at 49.7 million units.
