Wednesday Sector Leaders: Energy, Materials

Looking at the sectors faring best as of midday Wednesday, shares of Energy companies are outperforming other sectors, up 2.2%. Within that group, Murphy Oil Corp (NYSE: MUR) and Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 8.8% and 7.1%, respectively.
