Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PSJ

The PowerShares Dynamic Software Portfolio ETF (PSJ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 251,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 25,000. Shares of PSJ were down about 1.1% on the day.
