Takashi Murakami Curates An Exhibition of Japanese Ceramics

Superflat artist Takashi Murakami has put together an exhibition of contemporary Japanese ceramics for New York's Blum & Poe gallery. The exhibition features the work of ceramicists Kazunori Haman, Yuji Ueda, and the masters at Otani Workshop, whose pottery methods synthesize a respect for the art's traditional lineage with a keen sense of experimentation and imagination.
