Before & After: A "Tired Little Cottage" Revives

Pin it When we bought this tired little cottage, we didn't really know what we'd gotten into. Sitting empty for 3 years, the pipes had burst, the furnace had died and there was a small lake in the basement. Oh - and it was truly the homeliest house on the block.
