In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 4.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Constellium (CSTM), off about 35.5% and shares of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (SID) down about 14.7% on the day.
