NBA's First Deaf Player Pivots To Social Entrepreneurship

Lance Allred, born into a polygamous family and legally deaf, he grew up to play a decade of professional basketball around the world, including a stint with the Cavaliers, becoming the first deaf NBA player. He is now launching a social enterprise.
