Sealed Air Corporation (SEE) has declared a 23 percent increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will increase from $0.13 per common share to $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 17, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2016.
