Capitol Building On Lockdown After Shooting, Suspect Caught

The Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. was put on lockdown Monday afternoon when a man reportedly shot a police officer at the Capitol Visitor Center complex. One female bystander was reportedly injured. Luckily, the officer seems to have suffered only minor
