Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IPU

The SPDR S&P International Utilities Sector ETF (IPU) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 582,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 30,000. Shares of IPU were off about 2% on the day.
