Celeb: Actor David Hyde Pierce, best known as the adorkably uptight psychiatrist Dr. Niles Crane on the sitcom "Frasier," who's more recently appeared on Broadway and the drama, "The Good Wife." Pierce sported a trim goatee and a perfectly on-message tie in purple, the color of Alzheimer's awareness.
