Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IDLV

The PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio ETF (IDLV) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 1.5 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 105,000.  Shares of IDLV were up about 0.8% on the day.
