Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: REZ

The iShares Residential Real Estate Capped ETF (REZ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 350,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 60,000.  Shares of REZ were up about 1.2% on the day.
