At the end of 2015, a quant neighborhood restaurant in Tokyo named Tsuta became the first ramen eatery to receive a Michelin Star, the highest of praise in the culinary world. We get our first look inside the shop with the help of former international poker player, and current ramen shop owner, Tosao van Coevorden, and his buddy, Joao, as they make the trip from Amsterdam to Japan to see if the food is truly as good as they say.
