Have You Thanked Your Customers Today? One of the most common sense aspects of customer service is to show appreciation. If you've seen my keynote speech at a conference, you most likely have heard my story about Frank the cab driver. The story does not end when Frank delivers me to my destination and I exit his cab, but three days later when I'm at my office and open my mail to find a thank-you note from my driver.
