I am feeling very underprepared for the summer. A winter filled with cabernet, a Shake Shack just a few steps from my apartment, and a lackadaisical attitude toward my former yoga habit are all forcing me to take spring a little more seriously than I have in years past, and to swear off the caloric vices that have so heartily peppered the first half of 2016.
