Jaguars' 1st-round pick injured in rookie camp for second straight year

Jalen Ramsey has a small meniscus tear in his right knee. Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Jalen Ramsey, the No. 5 pick in last month's draft, has suffered a knee injury during Phase 2 of offseason workouts.  According to a statement released by the Jags on Thursday, Ramsey has a "small tear to the meniscus in his right knee" and will get a second opinion next week.
