Wednesday Sector Laggards: Education & Training Services, Water Utilities

In trading on Wednesday, education & training services shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Devry Education Group (DV), down about 13.3% and shares of ITT Educational Services (ESI) off about 7.9% on the day.
