Nicola Adams wins World Championship to become first women in history to win a grand slam of boxing titles

NICOLA Adams won her first World Championship today when she defeated Peamwilai Laopeam of Thailand in the flyweight final at the AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan.
