A recent Forbes Insights study, “Speed to Insight: Accelerating Dynamic Customer Engagement,” based on a survey of more than 270 executives and sponsored by Acxiom, explores the critical steps a marketer must take to capitalize on the explosion of data and not drown in uncoordinated engagement. A previous blog focused on the tendency of many marketers to sacrifice accuracy for speed. But fragmentation of data is another serious problem.
