Review: The series continues to incrementally improve with 'The Purge: Election Year'

'The Purge: Election Year' is the best film yet from the moderately disappointing thriller series, with solid performances from Elizabeth Mitchell and Frank Grillo, but it still suffers from some of the shortcomings of the series as a whole.
