Zevs, infamous for having defaced a Hong Kong Armani store in 2009, returns with his solo show entitled The Big Oil Splash. The artist also known as Aguierre Schwarz levels his anti-corporate critique at oil companies including Esso and Exxon through a series of paintings, monochromes and sculpture. Re-visiting his "liquidated," drip-paint aesthetic, the street artist takes his work to canvas and finer mediums for his show at Lazarides Rathbone.
