Yesterday, I visited Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, where I saw a number of sick babies in critical medical care. Looking into the eyes of some of these babies reminded me of exactly WHY I do the work that I do at Embrace. And it reminded me of the importance of being rooted in one's purpose.
