Falling Q3 venture investments confirm that nutty unicorn valuations have dipped

Venture capital investments plummeted 36 percent in the third quarter to $10.6 billion, compared to $16.7 billion a year ago, according to the MoneyTree Report from accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, based on data provided by Thomson Reuters.
