Hornets sign Mike Tobey to second 10-day contract

The Charlotte Hornets have signed center Mike Tobey to a second 10-day contract. Tobey signed his first 10-day contract with Charlotte on Feb. 3 from the Greensboro Swarm, after becoming the first “Call-Up” call-up from the Swarm since its inception. The 7-0 Tobey has appeared in 29 games (19 starts) for Greensboro in his first
