Spotify has announced a creative new web series known as Traffic Jams. A partnership between the streaming giant, All Def Digital and Russell Simmons, Traffic Jams will produce on-the-spot collaborations from pairings such as T-Pain and Southside, Joey Bada$$ and Cardo, Madeintyo and Araabmuzik, Dram and Melo-X and more.
