Librarians Learn To Use Narcan As Libraries See Increase In Drug Addicts Who Overdose On Opioids

The opioid epidemic in the United States have become so bad, librarian in at least three cities now learn how to treat drug addicts who overdose with Narcan. One librarian has saved at least six people since April.
