Pastry artist Dinara Kasko had created an 81-piece algorithmically-modeled cake which highlights Barry Callebaut's "ruby chocolate" product at the ruby chocolate event in Shanghai. Kasko utilized the computer graphics generator "Grasshopper," to create a mold for each piece and was inspired by paper engineer Matthew Shlian.
