BlackRock Increases Presence In Mexico With Acquisition Of Citibanamex's Asset Management Arm

BlackRock recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Citigroup to acquire the asset management arm of the latter's subsidiary in Mexico, Citibanamex. The deal is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2018
