Ex-champ D. Garcia gets Rios in Feb. 17 return

Danny Garcia's first fight since losing his welterweight title to Keith Thurman in March will come against former lightweight titleholder Brandon "Bam Bam" Rios in the main event of a Showtime-televised card in Las Vegas.
