Fortis Healthcare: Sebi says looking into the alleged irregularly in funds transfer

Sebi chief Ajay Tyagi says the market regulator is examining the issues surrounding Fortis Healthcare's alleged regulatory lapses in transfer of funds to some promoter-linked firms
