BILLY'S Reintroduces Slip-On Vans Old Skool

Last year, BILLY'S commemorated its new store in Sapporo with a limited edition Vans collaboration, dubbed the "Old Skool Band." Offering premium construction, the shoe boasted an elastic strap on the vamp, allowing for laceless wear despite its functioning eyelets.
