New Supreme Court Decision Allows for Legalized Sports Gambling

After a prolonged legal tussle, the Supreme Court has dictated that sports betting may now be legalized on a state-by-state basis. Since the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PAPSA) was initiated in 1992, the only state that allowed the gambling was Nevada.
