The Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 Di III RXD has a lot going for it. It's sharp, lightweight and at €829 / $799, is far cheaper than Sony's own 24-70mm F2.8 GM. We've got our hands on a production model and are putting it through a full review, but in the meantime, we've been shooting with it around town to get a feel for its performance. Take a look through our gallery to see for yourself how the lens lends itself to everything from landscapes to portraits (of both humans and, of course, cats).
