Rios (34-4-1, 25 KOs) didn't name his opponent for his next fight in August, but it's said to be former WBC welterweight champion Victor 'Vicious' Ortiz (32-6-3, 25 KOs), who is coming off of a competitive 12 round draw against former two division world champion Devon Alexander last February.
